STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our S&C program is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase functional performance in and out of the gym. Our certified coaches focus on proper form, technique, and progression to ensure you’re training smart, staying safe, and seeing results over time. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, improve athletic performance, or simply get fitter and more resilient, this class is adaptable to your level and goals. It’s an empowering and energizing environment that builds strength in both body and mindset.

Group Classes

 

Our Strength & Conditioning group classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 am - 7:00 am and 17:30 pm - 18:30 pm. In our classes members can expect a well-rounded workout that blends resistance training with high-intensity conditioning. Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by a strength segment focusing on fundamental lifts like squats, presses, deadlifts or Olympic lifts. The class wraps up with a fast-paced circuit or interval workout designed to improve endurance, power, and overall athleticism. Coaches provide guidance, modifications, and motivation to ensure every participant, regardless of fitness level, gets a safe, effective, and challenging workout. You’ll leave each class feeling stronger, more capable, and energized.
