Group Classes
Our Muay Thai group classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. We also hold a weekend sparring class on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Taught by our experienced Muay Thai trainer Francis Martin (multiple ex Muay Thai champion) sessions include a focus on stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and the defenses to these techniques. Our group training is open to all ages and levels, from complete beginners to fighters and is adapted to suit different levels and abilities.
What to expect
Our Muay Thai class usually starts with warmup games that combines skill, movement and coordination. You will then partner up to focus on utilizing correct technique and learn the art of Muay Thai in a safe controlled environment, you will also have the chance to do sparring at your own pace.
Private Training
Private training is available and needs to be booked in advance by emailing our team at info@corvusgym.co.za . This is a great way to speed up your overall learning curve and work on any areas you feel you would like help with, from technique to pad holding and even sparring.
